Free Quotes
We offer free quotes via text message. Customers must submit photos and a description of the job.
No Home Visits
We do not offer home visits for quotes or estimates. All estimates are provided remotely.
Service Calls
Service calls for troubleshooting unrelated to our labor are subject to a fee.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payment
Payment for services must be made as agreed upon in the quote. Customers are responsible for reimbursing any materials purchased on their behalf.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided for services not rendered. No refunds are provided for labor costs once work has commenced.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Materials
Customers are responsible for ensuring the quality and suitability of materials they supply. We do not guarantee materials supplied by customers or purchased on their behalf.
Warranty Issues
For manufacturer warranty replacements, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly. We charge for labor involved in warranty replacements.
7. Referral Program and Discounts
Customers who refer family, friends, or neighbors for services and the referral results in a completed paid job will receive an Amazon gift card.
Neighbor Discount
A discount is available when neighbors join together for services.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy. By using the Website, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
